Hi, I’m Remo, a flight attendant based in Philadelphia with a passion for creating unforgettable travel experiences. Splitting my time between Athens and Cairo, I’ve been fortunate to live in 11 countries across 4 continents and speak 5 languages fluently. These experiences have shaped my love for the world and my commitment to sharing its beauty with others.
My journey in Cairo began nearly eight years ago, and I was instantly captivated by its vibrant culture and rich history. That love led to the creation of ThinkCairo, which has since evolved into TraveLab—a reflection of my dedication to conscious, immersive travel.
At TraveLab, every detail is crafted with care, and airline crews are always at the heart of our itineraries. Sofia - Office Manager
Straight from the bustling streets of Cairo, Sofia is a ragdoll cat with an attitude as fancy as her bowtie. As TraveLab’s self-appointed office manager, she brings a mix of feline wit, charm, and hilariously unexpected “productivity” to the team.
Sofia takes her role very seriously—or at least as seriously as a cat can. With an impeccable eye for detail, she’s always ready to inspect travel itineraries by sprawling across important documents. Her office skills are unmatched, from napping on keyboards to expertly batting pens off the table during brainstorming sessions.
But don’t let her elegant demeanor fool you—Sofia is a true multitasking queen. When she’s not typing nonsensical Slack messages or claiming chairs as her personal thrones, she doubles as the office entertainer, delivering impromptu acrobatics and comedic antics during even the dullest meetings.
A globetrotter at heart, Sofia’s “adventures” include stalking sunbeams, lounging in exotic cardboard boxes, and daydreaming of exploring ancient Egyptian ruins—though only if carried like the regal feline she is.

A Phoenix based flight attendant and armed with over 20 years of experience in the travel industry, Natalie has perfected the art of creating unforgettable, tailor-made experiences for every traveler she works with.
Natalie isn’t just about booking flights and hotels—she’s about curating journeys that reflect your unique style and personality. Whether it’s a luxury escape on a remote island or an adrenaline-filled adventure, Natalie knows how to turn your dream vacation into reality.
Her secret? She listens. Natalie has an uncanny ability to understand exactly what you’re looking for, even if you’re not sure how to express it yourself. Born and bred in Dokki, Cairo, Suzy graces the halls of TraveLab as the Assistant Office Manager with an enigmatic flair.
But don't be deceived by her fluffy persona and sugary smiles; behind those twinkling eyes lurks the stealth and savvy of a suspected corporate spy. While she's exceptionally adept at organizing office potlucks and juggling appointments, we've often scratched our heads wondering how our secret coffee blend (and a handful of trade secrets) consistently finds its way to our rivals. Some say it's her Egyptian charm, while others hint at a double life we know little about.
Regardless, we've grown fond of our paradoxical Suzy. After all, every office needs its sprinkle of mystery. Remember, in the world of TraveLab, it's always wise to keep your friends close, but your office managers just a smidge closer. 😉🕵️♀️📂🔍
Simona - Cruises
We’re thrilled to introduce Simona, the newest addition to the TraveLab team. With a rich background spanning continents, industries, and oceans, Simona brings a wealth of expertise to our Cruise Division, ensuring your travel experiences are extraordinary.
Born and raised in Italy, Simona’s life has been shaped by her passion for exploration. Fluent in Italian, Spanish, and English, she has traveled extensively, immersing herself in diverse cultures and perspectives.
In 2004, Simona moved to the Mexican Caribbean, where she transformed the region’s hospitality landscape by launching boutique hotels and creating upscale dining experiences in destinations like Cancun, Tulum, and Playa del Carmen.
She later returned to Italy to attend culinary school and train at a Maritime Academy, earning certifications to work on super yachts. This launched a decade-long global voyage, where she gained invaluable insights into ports, hidden locales, and the intricate world of life at sea.
Simona’s expertise ensures exceptional cruise itineraries, from selecting the perfect port to tailoring every detail. Beyond cruises, her broad knowledge makes her a trusted resource for planning any part of your next adventure.

Tracie - Co-founder & Travel Designer
Born in Seattle, now based in Austin, and a DFW based flight attendant, Tracie is a world traveler, wellness enthusiast, and a key figure behind TraveLab’s transformative travel experiences. Fluent in English, Spanish, Italian, and Portuguese, she has a passion for creating meaningful journeys that combine travel, nature, and exploration to inspire and empower.
With a deep love for the outdoors and a background as a certified yoga instructor, Tracie designs retreats that nourish the body, mind, and soul, fostering genuine connections and building communities of like-minded women. Her itineraries blend mindfulness, adventure, and rejuvenation, from practicing yoga at sunrise on a secluded beach to hiking through pristine landscapes.
An avid dog lover and outdoor adventurer, Tracie believes travel isn’t just about seeing new places—it’s about creating shared experiences and lasting connections. Cat Shelter & Rescue
Safe Haven Egypt (SHE) is a volunteer-run cat sanctuary in Cairo, operating since 2015. Registered as a non-profit in the USA and Egypt, SHE rescues cats of all ages and conditions, from neonatal kittens to seniors, providing care and finding them homes.
