• Final payment deadlines vary by supplier. Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation and forfeiture of deposits.
• Refunds depend on the supplier’s policies. Some bookings may be non-refundable.
• Cancellation penalties apply based on how close to departure the cancellation occurs. Full refunds may be available for cancellations made 60+ days in advance, while cancellations within 30 days may incur higher penalties.
